Seri kedua dari Infinite Stratos. Menceritakan Orimura Ichika adalah seorang anak Laki-Laki berusia 15 tahun dan sengaja menyentuh sebuah IS Yang ditempatkan di sekolah pelatihan pilot IS. Dia menjadi satu-satunya pria yang dapat beroperasi IS dan dipaksa untuk memasuki sekolah pelatihan khusus IS. Kehidupan sekolah Ichika yang dikelilingi oleh gadis-gadis akhirnya berlanjut.
